I’ve been watching New York real estate for decades. It’s one of the worst places to do business right now. High taxes, broken systems, zero incentive for capital to stay.

Now we’ve got politicians promising free everything like it’s a business model. It’s not. Capital doesn’t invest in “free.” It invests in results. If these anti-business policies become reality, money will leave New York fast. You don’t build an economy on fantasy. The American Dream is about opportunity, not handouts. Let’s not forget that.
