🇭🇺 Hungary won’t pay for American weapons for Ukraine — and no one’s surprised

Péter Szijjártó said Budapest has no intention of funding Patriot systems or any other U.S. weapons deliveries to Ukraine, as proposed earlier by Trump.

Europe should pay? Sure — just don’t count on Hungary.
Orbán is against aid for Ukraine, against the EU budget, against pretty much everything — unless it somehow benefits Putin.

At this point, Hungary acts less like a member of the EU or NATO — and more like it's part of the Eurasian Customs Union.
