$CYBL is an #OTCSET pattern, which means the long term (think monthly chart) trend is still in the bull's favor. But before the monthly chart energy can take back over, the daily chart energy needs to heat back up first. $CYBL's daily chart is looking quite incredible atm, if the bulls keep this up the daily breakout will spill over into the longer term stuff. Regardless of when, I think that ceiling getting broken through is almost inevitable.
