Denver Broncos legend John Elway will not face charges after an investigation into the death of his business partner and former agent Jeff Sperbeck, which occurred during a golf-cart incident in April.

Sheriff Chad Bianco told 9News in Denver the investigation into the matter is over, and police found "nothing criminal."
