There is no official confirmation that Russia has fully approved or launched a direct railway link to Pakistan yet.

While both countries have signed protocols and agreements to develop a rail and road network connecting South Asia, Central Asia, and Russia—with plans for test cargo trains and even an inaugural service previously announced—recent reports indicate that the actual start of the railway service has been delayed due to regional tensions, particularly the closure of borders between Iran and Pakistan. 

The project remains a strategic goal for both nations, aiming to boost trade and regional connectivity, but as of now, the direct railway link has not commenced operations.
