Burnley and RCD Espanyol are now merged under the same ownership group.

RASTAR Group, Espanyol’s majority shareholder  has reached an agreement to join Velocity Sports Limited (VSL), Burnley’s parent company.

The move creates a strategic alliance between Burnley and Espanyol under the VSL umbrella, though both clubs will continue to operate independently.
