Guggenheim has downgraded $RIVN from Buy to Neutral, citing weaker long-term sales expectations for the R2 and R3 models amid softening demand for the R1.
 
Analyst Ronald Jewsikow also removed his $XX price target, pointing to the loss of EV tax credits under #PresidentTrump’s spending bill as a key headwind.
 
While short-term demand may get a lift as consumers act before incentives expire, Jewsikow warns that the overall impact will be negative.
 
Despite this, the strong preorder backlog suggests risks to R2 demand likely won’t emerge until 2027.
 
On a longer-term weekly chart, $RIVN EMAs have crossed negatively, with the RSI dipping below XX — suggesting bearish underlying momentum. #TechncialAnslysis
