Purple Cloud – Minor Resistance ($16M) This was the first resistance we needed to break and as you can see, we’ve tested it multiple times as resistance already. Just looks like we’re gathering strength to push through it again, like we did last time. A good example is the MOG chart: X. Orange Cloud – Major Resistance ($35M) Once we fully break through the purple cloud, we’ll likely move toward the orange cloud very fast, just like we did last time. Once resistance flips to support (even without a retest), price tends to move fast to the next cloud (this logic applies to all clouds and in both directions). Failing to break through the cloud usually leads to either consolidation right below it or a drop toward the previous cloud, which will now act as support. Or if there is no cloud, to the fundamental price. As you can see, last time we failed to break through the orange cloud, we dropped back to the purple cloud, which held as support for several days. After eventually breaking the purple cloud, we retested it as resistance this time, then retraced back to the fundamental price, offering another good entry point. X. Red Cloud – Target Zone ($83M) If the orange cloud flips into support, history suggests we’ll surge toward the red cloud. Note: These clouds are dynamic and update daily based on price action. Conclusion: We’re currently consolidating just below the purple cloud, testing it as resistance from time to time. Once we break through, there’s a strong chance we’ll accelerate toward the orange cloud — just like we did last time.
