Holding bitcoin is ok, but do not forget to live as well

Zero problem selling some bitcoin when i need or want something in ´the real world´

Some people are like ¨but that bitcoin will be worth x10 or x100 in the future¨

Sure, but i live right now and i do not want to become one of these ´angry, righteous, rancorous holders´ that wants to declare victory when they are old but never actually lived or enjoyed their coins

- Sold some for a medical reserve fund for my family that saved various family members. Worth it
- Sold some for expanding the eco-farm which provides enormous value for the family (healthy food and being outside) while being crucial during covid-lockdowns. Worth it. 
- Sold some to help friends which are now more content. Worth it
- Sold some to buy high quality things or pay for X on X trips & retreats to inner masters or to meet smart people which expanded my awareness. Worth it
- Build a library full of books. Worth it. 
- etc. etc. you get the point

Holding bitcoin is ok, but do not forget to live as well
