Which means all he has to do is maintain that he knew about all of it. He's already made that statement once. And if he makes that statement under oath, it's all over unless there's explicit evidence that shows that Biden was NOT AWARE of the pardons being signed by autopen. Now you can make the argument that "Biden wasn't aware of anything" but again, this isn't something that will hold up in court without solid evidence. What I'm saying is, the prevailing legal opinion since at least 2011 has been that it doesn't matter who directed the use of the autopen, so long as the President is aware of its use. Again, I hope I'm wrong. But I don't see any of these pardons being overturned. I support challenging them... But I encourage everyone to manage your expectations.
