After four recusals, #BombayHighCourt hears HDFC Bank CEO #SashidharJagdishan's plea against bribery FIR filed by the #Lilavati Kirtilal Mehta Medical Trust

He submits that the FIR stems from the #LilavatiTrust family feud and termed it as  'vexatious, frivolous and absurd' and sought interim protection from summons by the police. 

The next date of hearing is July XX.
