That's a good question but not straight forward to answer or maybe I'm not qualified to. But I don't think Stablecoin dominance will increase during a bull run just because there is more supply. If you look at the stablecoin market cap  it has already risen significantly since 2023 but did not affect stablecoin dominance directly.
