I'm more than happy those three got replaced and left.

They were helium heavy-hitters.

Three new board members are experts in high stakes financing, infrastructure (gas and datacentres) and carbon capture technologies.

Three new board members, discussions moved to letter of intent, land DD finished and acquisition end of month. 

Memorandum of understanding with best in class modular equipment for natural gas to electricity.

Equity agreement updated allowing for dilution pre and after market.

I'm happy to be in at these levels.😋
