Several days ago, Estonian Defense Forces conducted their first live-fire drills with M142 HIMARS systems (the video is from that drill).

In response, Peskov called the Baltic region "an area of heightened tension" where "many countries are engaging in provocative actions":

"The Baltic region, due to the aggressive policies of the European coastal states, has become an area of heightened tension. Russia intends to firmly defend its legitimate interests in this region. Russia is a Baltic state. The fact that many countries are engaging in provocative actions there is also an obvious reality."
