PAKISTAN ARMY UPGRADES ATTACK HELICOPTER FLEET AFTER FOUR DECADES

The Pakistan Army has begun receiving deliveries of the first units in an initial batch of the CAIC Changhe Z-10ME/P advanced attack helicopter procured from China. The first few helicopters have already been received, arriving less than a week ago at an Army Aviation Base in Punjab, on the 30th of June, 2025. 

The first units are set to be formally inducted into a combat aviation squadron, entering into Pakistani military service in an official ceremony by the military leadership in July 2025, tentatively.
