@FulcrumMetals has confirmed that @TerraBalcanica (CNSX: $TERA) has exercised its first-year option to acquire XXX% of Fulcrum’s uranium projects in Saskatchewan, Canada.  As part of the agreement, #FMET will receive C$50,000 in cash and C$350,000 in Terra shares—totalling XXXXXXXXX shares at C$0.092. This brings Fulcrum’s total holding in Terra to XXXXXXXXX shares, valued at approximately C$533,738 and representing a X% stake in the company.

The newly issued shares are subject to a four-month lock-up period. The cash proceeds will be used to support Fulcrum’s working capital.
