no, HVM is Hacash Virtual Machine. Hacash is fully community driven #PoW project. 
$HAC (mining every block) and $HACD (mining every X blocks) but to get it people bid and burn $HAC so $HACD is a proven store of value. 

more currency -> demand to store the value -> less currency

HACD itself is like NFT but not simple NFT, at least because its PoW and can take any visualisations.
