A few hours before she died, Julia Njoki told prison officers she had been beaten. She complained of dizziness, headache, and stomach pain, signs of internal injury. Kenya Prisons confirmed this in Dr. Makokha’s statement. She didn’t name who, but cellmates say it was a cop.  We are keenly watching what the autopsy says and hope it is not cooked #JusticeforJuliaNjoki
