Another @virtuals_io Upcoming Genesis Agent Tier List!

 > No S/A Tier again.

 > More than XX% of projects in the Z Tier (15 out of 26)

 > @RingfenceAI a big mover up to B Tier as we learn more about the project!

 > @modelguardnet the highest ranked project launching this week. 

 > @allie2wai could be something but we need to understand more around the token utility. It rounds out the current B Tier.

 > I'm keeping an eye on @TrueSightInfo, @BuyfiApp and @arvos_ai in the C Tier too. They all have interesting projects but a little more information is needed.
