@antonykh1218 I think $BTI admitted as much when they took a $XX billion charge on the deal.  They also forecast LSD/MSD smoking declines when they took  the charge, it's now up to HSD.

It was a disaster of a deal for shareholders but it can work from here for those in the stock since 2024.
