A little insight into one of $BYD's many innovations. 

We know it for cars today, with new models arriving on UK shores every month, but it began as a battery company, and when the founder bought a car company to grow out that business, he couldn't even drive. 

In 2008, Musk laughed at its early attempts at vehicle design, but Warren Buffett's $BRK bought a major stake that year and today it outsells $TSLA globally, despite having essentially zero access to the super-lucrative US market. 

If a companies are begging their governments to protect them from foreign competition... maybe investors should take a look at what they're so scared of.
