@willchamberlain I disagree.

The 2001 AUMF was tailored to Al Quaeda. Its use as a blank check for endless wars now due to making all terrorists “associates” of al Qaeda is an overreach. 

The War Powers Act, requires imminence. XX years of  being “weeks away” from a nuclear bomb is not that.
