I have a question:
why does state that "Projects must receive X million $BID votes to be approved," but $RIZZY was approved with only 1M votes? Is it because the BID docs are outdated (I noticed they marked that guide with "new")? Or is it because RIZZY, being the first project, received special priority?

Additionally, when raising this issue, I think the number of votes a project needs to be approved should be greater than the votes held by a single individual. Otherwise, if one users on @CreatorBid holds more than 1M votes, they could single-handedly approve any project for launch.
