That’s exactly the confusion. PulseChain forked Ethereum’s entire state—including contracts and admin keys—so yes, the contracts and controllers are identical on PulseChain.

But Circle and Tether have both confirmed they do not control or recognize $pUSDC or $pUSDT on PulseChain. Their keys work only on recognized chains.
