It may have recently put in a false breakdown. Monthly chart is now trying to break a multi-year downtrend. July candle obviously not confirmed yet. But copper broke out to new all-time highs this past week. And oil is working on its third green monthly candle. I'm not personally interested in trading DBC. But a breakout to the upside in commodities could push upward pressure on rates, which will have big implications for risk assets. Watching Commodities ETF $DBC...
It may have recently put in a false breakdown.
Monthly chart is now trying to break a multi-year downtrend. July candle obviously not confirmed yet.
But copper broke out to new all-time highs this past week. And oil is working on its third green monthly candle.
I'm not personally interested in trading DBC. But a breakout to the upside in commodities could push upward pressure on rates, which will have big implications for risk assets.
