Carlos Alcaraz was asked if it surprised him how quickly Jannik Sinner was able to get over the loss in the Roland Garros final, ‘Not at all. He’s a huge champion. Champions learn from the losses’

“The defeat for Jannik in Paris was a really difficult one. Did he surprise you with the way he was able to get over that so quickly and come back and win here?”

Carlos: “Not at all. He didn’t surprise me at all. Because I know he’s a huge champion. Champions learn from the… I’m not gonna say failures. But they learn from the losses. I knew at the start that he was going to learn from that final. Not gonna make the same mistakes he did in the French Open final. The way he played today was really really high and I wasn’t surprised at all. I knew he was going to play like this. He didn’t surprise me at all because I know he’s a big champion.”
