X. Washington Nationals: Kade Anderson (LHP - LSU)

The first overall pick is still very uncertain and with that, it feels only right to take the consensus best player on the board. Anderson is arguably major league ready right now, and he flashed the dominance that we saw from Paul Skenes back in 2023 with the Tigers. A high-velo fastball with a phenomenal changeup to pair, this is a front-line starter for the future of Washington, who already is building a nice staff.
