The $XXX million deficit mentioned here does not include:
• $350M for CFD contract
• $175M for both 2024-25 from CPS
• $60M in Martwick pension sweeteners
• $200M in lawsuit settlements

With numbers this bad, Chicago could be facing a property tax increase as high as $850M.
