An auto-rickshaw driver died after falling into an open sewer in Gurugram's Sector XX during heavy rainfall on Wednesday evening. The victim, identified as 27-year-old Shailendra from Uttar Pradesh's Kannauj, was later found dead by police after his family reported him missing.

According to his wife, she last spoke to him around X pm on Wednesday when he said he was dropping a passenger from Sector XX to Sector XX and would return soon.
