Dollarisation -

Step X  - Children snatched from Bhartiya parents after Dharmic grooming is complete and taken to the West by the US Dollar. 

Step X - These NRIs work for paying taxes to western govts & from that tax the western Govts take care of Western aged parents, while Bhartiya parents live here alone and cannot even meet their NRI children and have visa issues.

Dedollarisation -

Step X - Western Universities begin to dilute with lack of Bhartiya admissions. Western Universities begin shifting their campuses to Bharat gasping for one last attempt to survive.

Step X - Western children get laid off from jobs, come back home and the government benefits of western parents will be struck down.
