Everyone seems to be saying "We just want the files!"

And what would you do if you have the files?  Form lynching parties because the DOJ has already said their is insufficient evidence to prosecute.  Would you attempt to try unindicted individuals in the court of public opinion, denying them due process?

No, if you had the files it would change nothing except perhaps landing you with huge defamation lawsuits.
