If you are new to investing this list can be invaluable. If you have been around for a while, this is a great list of reminders.

Btw, I will add that the last sentence of point #7 is particularly noteworthy. That is, anyone who tries to make you think all of their trades are successful is not telling you the whole story. We all make trades that don't work. We just need to be able to admit quickly when we are wrong and make sure the losses don't become catastrophic.
