Perhaps I misunderstood the recent conditional approval. But I guess going back to when Hedera made the announcement, it was mid May, and there were X blockchains remaining. Maybe the recent announcement from Redbelly was THE announcement. Quite a few folks from the Hedera community are still saying they are still in the running. Perhaps they too are misinformed 😅
