X. BTCS --> Blockchain Technology Consensus Solutions, which accurately reflects our operations. Rebranding is a distraction given our bandwidth.
X. We filed a $225m shelf and are providing an update Monday.
X.  Not on board, I value capital markets and corporate governance experience.  Charlie Lee, who created Litecoin, currently sits on our board.  However, we had a large advisory board in the past with what are now some very big names in crypto e.g. @cz_binance and nine other.
