Do you believe cloud seeding/weather modification has anything to do with the flooding currently taking place in XX states? 

You may not think cloud seeding is real, but it is. It’s not a conspiracy theory. Companies are paid big bucks to cloud seed in order to “help areas that are experiencing drought.”

Shawn Ryan interviews and makes sure that Rainmaker, Inc. CEO, Augustus Doricko, understands what he is saying about the winds and the location of his cloud seeding operations in Texas. Rainmaker was working XXX miles south east of the Texas flood location on July 2nd, two days before the flooding occurred in the Texas Hill Country, and the winds that day were blowing NW. Rainmaker would have been pushing cloud seeding right into that storm area in the Texas Hill Country.
