The issue is *how badly* this Epstein matter has been handled. Not *how angry* people are at how badly this Epstein matter has been handled. If the argument had always been that the file was destroyed and we will never know the truth because incriminating evidence has been deleted, that would have been one thing. But from “it’s on my desk” to “disclosure in phases” to “the file has been destroyed”… to an unsigned and undated memo leaked to the most leftist propaganda outlet, then quietly uploaded to the DOJ website, then assurances that everyone had signed off on the document when that clearly wasn’t the case… It is extremely unfair to the most loyal of Trump supporters to say that they are the problem for taking issue with the moving goalposts and contradicting messaging. If the argument now is that the file has been destroyed, the incriminating evidence gone forever… Then the administration just needs to accept that Bondi screwed up by over-promising, and not even under-delivering - simple NOT delivering. To now accuse the most loyal of Trump supporters of “dividing” and “not understanding what’s at stake” is perhaps the most divisive thing to do… As if to say “we only care about what you have to say when you vote for us”. Their concerns and objections over the mishandling of this situation need to be addressed. Not browbeaten into silence. Respectfully submitted.
