Green Line – Fundamental Price ($1.4M). This is the fundamental value zone. As I mentioned in my other analysis, buying under the fundamental price + during extreme fear is the ideal entry. However, not all coins give ideal entries, and $BaoBao is one of them. ✅On June 29, we dipped below the fundamental price and had 1st-level fear sentiment (light blue background), but only for a single day. If you had bought then, you'd be up +527% at ATH, and still sitting at +156% right now. X. Purple Cloud – Minor Resistance ($3.8M) As you can see, last time we tested it multiple times as resistance and finally broke through. Now we're again near the purple cloud. X. Orange Cloud – Major Resistance ($8M) Once we break through the purple cloud, we usually accelerate very quickly to the next cloud. As you can see last time, we tested the orange cloud as resistance multiple times and then retraced back to the purple cloud, which served as support for several days. Once resistance flips to support (even without a retest), price tends to move fast to the next cloud (this logic applies to all clouds and in both directions). We broke through the purple cloud on July X and quickly accelerated toward the orange cloud. And we lost purple cloud as support on July X and quickly went back near fundamental price. X. Red Cloud – Target Zone ($19M) If we flip the orange cloud into support, we’ll most likely move quickly toward the red cloud, just like we did last time, going from purple to orange. Note: Cloud zones are dynamic and update daily, based on price action. Currently, clouds are growing, which is bullish. Conclusion: Today, we tested the purple cloud as resistance once again and retraced. The plan is simple: X. We either fail to break through and retrace back near or below the fundamental price, which would be a great entry if you’re a true buttliever. X. Or we break through the purple cloud and move quickly toward the orange cloud, attempting to break it again. Note: I don’t do analysis beyond the charts and on-chain.
