CBS News: Trump considering transferring $X billion confiscated from frozen Russian assets to Ukraine.

The broadcaster reports: “For the first time since returning to the White House in January, Trump is considering providing a new package of assistance to Ukraine.” It is specified that new financial assistance could be provided to Kyiv in order to “send a clear signal” to Russia.
