Sanjeev Srivastava, IAS, DM of Bhind, got a tip-off about cheating during the BSc 2nd year maths exam at a college.

DM sahab barged in like Singham, picked a student, and started slapping him without any proof of cheating.

If you are angry at this, remeber that DM sahab could have simply told his gunman to shoot the student point blank, and even then, nothing would have happened to him or his gunman. But he showed mercy and settled the matter with just a few slaps, because he had pledged to serve the people.
