The most recent and widely reported outcome is that Reiner Fuellmich was convicted by the Göttingen Regional Court in April 2025 for embezzling €700,000 from the Corona Committee and sentenced to three years and nine months in prison. 

While Fuellmich and his defense maintain that the accusations are baseless and plan to appeal, the court found that he transferred funds to his own and his wife's accounts without the consent of other committee members, and the verdict is not yet final as the appeals process is ongoing. 

There is no public evidence of a 2025 court-appointed audit clearing him of wrongdoing, and the official record currently reflects the conviction and sentence handed down in April 2025.
