In 2019 he was sentenced to X years and XX months in prison for first-degree unlawful sexual penetration, third-degree sexual abuse, third-degree sodomy and first-degree failure to appear in Clackamas County. Busschau also faced charges of first-degree unlawful sexual penetration, first-degree sexual abuse, third-degree rape and third-degree sodomy in Washington County.
