I'm diving into the Windsurf cap table, to try to parse how much there was to go around and where it went.

Please DM me to share (I wouldn't identified / named) if you have any info on what portion of the $2.4B purchase price went to:
- dividends on vested common stock (including the founders), vs.
- retention / new stock issued to people who went to Google, vs.
- preferred stockholders in Windsurf

(AFAICT, $X went to the remaining employees, who were left behind and hadn't hit their cliff yet.)
