It does show the same wallet bought another $23K worth of $VINE today.
Currently holding 5.5M tokens.

This address is definitely a trader that dumped over 30M tokens, X months ago.

However, this is just 1/6 of what the address held before. Might not dent the price that much.

We shall see...
