They aren’t buying $CLOV, they’re looking to lease clover assistant within their network. Availity is not the same thing as counterpart assistant. Availity is essentially the front desk/billing department side of things. Clover Assistant is the AI clinical co-pilot sitting next to the doctor during the visit. They operate independent of one another. 

Humana already tried to do their own version of clover assistant called “Author”. It failed. It’s why they are now looking to lease out the industry leading solution with @counterparthlth @CloverHealth $CLOV
