⚖️ BlockFi Settles $35M Legal Battle with DOJ Over FTX Assets 💥

BlockFi has reached a settlement with the DOJ regarding crypto assets seized during FTX's collapse. The assets, once claimed by BlockFi to repay creditors, were originally seized in the FTX criminal case.

A New Jersey court has dismissed the case with prejudice, effectively closing the door on future claims.
