Iran's Fars:  

The Israeli attack last June targeted a meeting of the Supreme National Security Council attended by senior officials on the lower floors of a building in western Tehran.

Iranian officials were able to exit the building through an emergency hatch after some of them were injured.

In light of the information Israel obtained regarding the Supreme National Security Council meeting, an investigation is underway into the possibility of an infiltrator.
