⚖️ NEW: BlockFi has settled its $35M legal battle with the DOJ over crypto assets tied to FTX — a dispute that began during its bankruptcy.

BlockFi claimed the funds were rightfully theirs to repay creditors, but the DOJ had seized them in the FTX criminal case.

A New Jersey court dismissed the case with prejudice — closing the door on future claims.
