Ben Askren is one tough dude.

Imagine laying in the hospital after a double lung transplant saying “I will not feel sorry for myself.”

But not only saying it to yourself, but sharing it with the world to remind millions of people that they can only control how they react to what happens to them.

Polina and I have had the pleasure of spending time with @Benaskren and his wife Amy. I would never, ever bet against that man or that family.
