The post-1971 structure of USD reserve status that mandates an open capital acct means foreigners MUST buy up US equities & US land.

Mandate that USD deficits can only be settled in gold & BTC, let their px rise, revalue US gold, buy down debt/GDP massively, cut rates, US wins.
