This week is “crypto week” in the US House, with X bills up: 
1️⃣The Clarity Act
2️⃣Anti-CBDC act
3️⃣Genius Act (for stablecoins). 

The Clarity Act is crucial, it builds on last year’s FIT Act and draws a regulatory line. 

Native L1 tokens may be protected, but non-native tokens (like $LINK, $UNI, $MKR) could face security scrutiny.
